If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and GenLibX.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using GenLibX, you warrant that you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to U.S. trade sanctions or other restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
GenLibX uses artificial intelligence to generate, analyze, and optimize code. You retain all ownership rights to any code you input into the platform. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your code solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your output.
You are responsible for reviewing and testing all AI-generated code before deployment. We do not guarantee that generated code is error-free, secure, or compliant with your specific requirements. Use at your own risk.

The GenLibX platform, including its UI, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation, is our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent. Feedback you provide about the Service is voluntarily given, and we may use it without restriction or compensation.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue features or the entire Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenLibX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenLibX, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding ownership, liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with revised terms, you must stop using the Service.
